Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns on regular-priced items purchased online within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped via DHL to ensure proper delivery to our warehouse in Morocco. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be in their original condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Pop-up sale items, final sale items, discounted items, and pre-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are not offered due to our limited-edition items policy.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds apply to the item cost only; original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is rejected, a discount for future purchases equivalent to the item's value may be offered.

Exceptions:
If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size or color), contact us at contactravelm@gmail.com to resolve the issue.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within a specified number of days.
  • Damaged or lost items may be resolved with a replacement or store credit after review.
