Shipping Policy

International Shipping & Delivery
All countries in the European Union are subject to import taxes for international orders. Additional customs taxes may be applied at the port of entry in the recipient country, which are the customer’s responsibility. These taxes vary by country and are calculated based on the order value. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

• Carrier: All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express (Note: DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes).
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5-7 working days after receiving the confirmation email.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all orders.

Important Notes:

• Shipping fees are billed per order on a weight basis and are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for delays or additional fees imposed by customs or DHL.

If you do not receive your goods within 14 working days, contact us immediately at contactravelm@gmail.com or reach out to your local DHL office with your tracking number.
